Woman Gets Jailed of Noisy Lovemaking, Prompted Neighbor's To Complain

A British woman who resides at Birmingham City, United Kingdom, was sentenced by a civil court for a two weeks in prison after neighbors complained of exhilarated lovemaking which they were shouting and screaming.

Birmingham County Court Judge written ruling that around 5:00 am on 29th of January 2015, the offender in the name of " Gemma Wale" was guilty of breached the order by screaming and shouting while having sexual intercourse at a level that caused annoyance in the neighborhood.

The offender was staying in a social housing complex in Birmingham in central England and her neighbors was awaken by the loud sounds of sexual acts which lasted about 10 minutes.

One of the neighbor said “There were men going in and out of her flat all the time. Then she would sleep all day. It was the worst two years of my life."

She added also "I lost count of the number of times I had to knock on her door at 3, 4, 5 o’clock in the morning", afterwards they complain to police.

However, there is no any charges on her boyfriend Wayne.

She was also guilty as charged banging around the house, running around the in the property, slamming doors, playing loud music, and having noisy arguments with the neighbors.

A breach of anti-social behavior order of paragraph 3 had been breached by this kind of low-level incidents and do not warrant full criminal prosecution though legal sanction must be implemented for repeat offenders.
