TIPS: 60 seconds Ways To Let You Sleep. AMAZING!

Do you ever feel sleepy during the day? Do you find it hard to wake up on Monday mornings? If so, you are familiar with the powerful need for sleep.

Sleep is essential for a person’s health and wellbeing, it is the perfect way to restores us after a long day of work and play. But for those for whom sleep is a trouble that it is so difficult to overcome,  in which always experience difficulty falling asleep.

This problem can now be overcome by the technique pioneered by Dr Andrew Weil, greatly known as 4-7-8 method.

4-7-8 works by calming the mind and relaxing the body. The method involves holding the breath in stages, then exhaling with a loud whooshing noise.

Here are the steps for 4-7-8 method.

1. Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound.
2. Close your mouth and inhale quietly through your nose to a mental count of four.
3. Hold your breath for a count of seven.
4. Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound to a count of eight.
5. This is one breath. Now inhale again and repeat the cycle three more times for a total of four breaths
