TIPS: 60 seconds Ways To Let You Sleep. AMAZING!

4-7-8 works by calming the mind and relaxing the body. The method involves holding the breath in stages, then exhaling with a loud whooshing noise.

Here are the steps for 4-7-8 method.

1. Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound.
2. Close your mouth and inhale quietly through your nose to a mental count of four.
3. Hold your breath for a count of seven.
4. Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound to a count of eight.
5. This is one breath. Now inhale again and repeat the cycle three more times for a total of four breaths

VIRAL: This Boy Beats Up His Girlfriend Without Hesitation!

The video from the Facebook post of a concerned citizen, shows a girl trying to defend herself from the guy who identified as her boyfriend in which the guy kicked her, brutally pulled her hair, too much punched, slaps and even shoved her. The video making rounds on the social media because of its cruelty especially to a woman.

The people who are present and seen on the video look like they just watched the seen and never do anything to break off the two. If only they did something, the violent act of the guy should have been prevented.

Most of the reaction of Netizens on the video are against on the cruelties to the woman.The offender should be punish so this thing wont happen again. Because real man they don't beat woman, they are to be loved !

Party Girl Poops On The Floor!!! She Became Instant Party Pooper!!!

A viral photo's of a girl who poops on the floor inside the party is making rounds on the social media because its really unusual thing to happen.

All these photo's were uploaded by the Facebook user "Lazy Masky" on Sunday May 17. He wrote that in the middle of the party, the girl was not able to hold those crap and let it drop on the floor.

Warning: Some may find these photo's are disgusting and embarrassing.

LOOK: Photo of 'giant rat' takes internet by storm

A photo showing the actual size of the 'giant rat' takes all the attention of the netizens.

According to the report of Singapore Seen webiste, it appears that the rat just appeared bigger due to the angling of the camera when the photo was taken.

Other speculators said that the this photo was edited to make the rat look bigger than it actually is.

The picture of this rodent was posted on Facebook shows a man holding it using a pair o tongs. This rat actually looked like as big as a full-grown cat.

Information where this photo was taken is unavailable.

But as per Daily Mail, these 'giant mutant rats' are really existing.

In UK, they have been altered with this kind of creature and pest controllers conducted a campaign in which they had caught rats the size of rabbits in different parts of Ireland and England.
